The first pilot of NYC’s first citywide AI chatbot will be included in the announcement via the city’s MyCity Business platform. The chatbot will assist in addressing inquiries about starting or running a business. The adoption of the chatbot, according to Maria Torres-Springer, the city’s deputy mayor for housing, economic development, and workforce, is a significant step towards making the government more approachable to everybody.
