The UK’s PAY360 Awards have recognised Ripple for its innovation in digital currency. The blockchain industry was acknowledged as the pioneer in digital assets and currencies for financial services. The accomplishment was announced on Twitter by Sendi Young, managing director of Ripple’s European operations, who was praised and thanked by the XRP community.
Along with the PAY360 Awards, Ripple has recently seen a number of favourable changes. On October 3, the business achieved a significant victory in its ongoing legal battle with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States (SEC).
The regulator’s request to appeal a ruling from July that held that Ripple’s XRP sales from years ago did not constitute an offer of investment contracts was denied by a federal judge. The trial between the two organisations is slated to take place on April 23, 2024, and all essential paperwork and pretrial submissions must be submitted by December 4, 2023.
Ripple has also received recognition in other lists, like as Fortune Magazine’s rating of the top 50 tech employers for 2023, where it came in at number 13. Furthermore, the company was listed alongside well-known companies like American Express, Cisco, NVIDIA, Master Card, Target Corporation, and Deloitte in People’s Magazine’s compilation of the “100 Companies Who Care For Employees And Society.”
