Air Nippon Airways (ANA), the largest airline in Japan, has just started ANA Neo, a market for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with an aviation theme.
The airline’s continuous initiatives to connect airways with Web3 include the NFT market. In August 2023, ANA Neo’s GranWhale market debuted as a platform for virtual travel that claimed to employ “technology, including VR, to recreate the locations and cultures of the world” in the form of metaverse parks.
The “ANA GranWhale NFT Market” is the name of the new NFT marketplace, and it will provide an initial NFT collection made by aerial photographer Luke Ozawa.
